We won a judgment in 2008 and it sat dormant until we contacted Meredith in 2015. We discussed the case in depth and she discovered there were attachable assets external to a bankruptcy filing. Meredith conducted extensive legal research and discovered a couple of cases relating to our situation which allowed us to prevail in the face of a second bankruptcy filing. Upon the debtors attorney discovering he could not prevent a foreclosure of some real estate he thought was protected under the bankruptcy code, he recommended to the debtor the case be settled.

Meredith swiftly negotiated a large settlement. At all times through phone calls and face to face meetings, she was extremely pleasant to deal with and educated us in the complexities of the case so we clearly understood all critical points.
